Win International has more than 20 years of experience in energy projects and more than 10 years of experience in Vietnam.

Our History

Timeline

1997

Set up in 1997 in China, Shanxi Win Industry Co., Ltd started as an engineering and manufacturing company to supply coal mills to thermal power plants (majority owned by Mr. Duan)

2002

In 2002, Shanxi Win Industry Co., Ltd entered the Vietnam Market; from 2002 to 2009, the company supplied coal mills for the Duyen Hai 1, Nghi Son 1,Vinh Tan 2 and Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Project. Total contract value is USD 20 Million

2010

In 2010, a representative office for Shanxi Win Industry Co., Ltd in Hanoi, Vietnam was opened

2014
In 2014, Win International Energy (Singapore) was set up and investing in renewable energy projects – especially wind power projects – started (majority owned by Mr Duan, other shareholders are Ms Yu and Mr Kume).
2019
In 2019 Insight Energy Partners (Singapore) was incorporated (owned by the Directors of Insight Energy Partners)
2020
In 2020, one 50MW wind power project in Ninh Thuan province started construction, and another 20+48MW wind power project in Binh Thuan province planned and will start construction officially in December 2020
In 2020, subsidiaries of Win International Energy obtained the preliminary developing right for 6 wind project with each capacity of 48MW and a 500KV Substation.
